With over 15 years in the healthcare industry, Sean brings a wealth of experience in long-term care, dementia care, hospice, and acute settings. Beyond his professional expertise, Sean’s heart and dedication truly set him apart. He knows firsthand the value of connection—sharing laughter, listening, and ensuring each senior in his care feels deeply respected and loved. As a member of the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD) Coalition in Connecticut, Sean actively advocates for those affected by dementia, staying informed and contributing to improving dementia care throughout the state.

Bridget’s journey in healthcare spans 28 years. Her extensive background as a Caregiver, Patient Advocate, Healthcare Worker, and Business Owner means she knows what seniors and their families need—both emotionally and practically. Bridget’s expertise ensures that every aspect of care is managed with compassion and precision. Her role in the ADRD Coalition demonstrates her dedication to the ongoing support and advocacy of individuals and families impacted by Alzheimer’s and related dementias. Bridget's goal has always been to uplift the voices of seniors and make sure they receive the dignity, care, and respect they deserve.
